The service resembles the practice of companies that sponsor airing of television commercials shortly before the start of programs.
Through this service, users access the mobile Internet through time or content-based increments.
Upon the service's expiration, users can purchase a paid Web Pass service or find other Sponsored Web providers to continue their free access of contents.
