We're passengers in this. We're not setting the direction for what our customers are doing. They're telling us, just like your students. We need to be customer-led (in our approach). We're on the ride in the same way as the academic institutions, because our customers are telling us what they want and how they want it. If we don't provide it, they'll go somewhere else. And that's the key piece.
